As we do every year, Jane, Tricia, Ollie, and Charlotte attended the Homebuilding & Renovating Show in Birmingham, spending four days at our stand meeting homeowners and talking through their plans.
It’s always a highlight in the calendar, and this year was no exception. We heard about a huge range of unique and personal projects, from imaginative extensions and full renovations to ambitious one-off self-build homes. No two conversations were the same, which really shows how individual people’s ideas for their homes can be.
Being there each year gives us a great opportunity to stay close to what people are thinking and planning, and to have open, informal conversations about what’s possible.
Across the four days, we met lots of new faces, reconnected with familiar ones, and left feeling inspired by the creativity and ambition people bring to their homes.
